General Information
The AirWays is published by Second Wind Lung Transplant Association and is written for lung transplant candidates, recipients and their families.
For membership in Second Wind and a subscription to the AirWays or to change your address, please write to Second Wind at the address below. Just a reminder, please be sure to send your change of address to us if you move. Bulk Mail will not forward your AirWays or return it to Second Wind. We have no way of knowing your new address. Remember, all it takes is a post card or phone call.
